Terms of Service
These terms cover the services N9ADLIK provides. By placing an order, you agree to them.
1. Services
N9ADLIK provides digital creative services as described on each individual service page.
2. Order & scope
The scope of a project is what the purchased tier lists, plus your written confirmation. Anything beyond that is quoted separately.
3. Payment
Payment is 50% deposit and 50% on delivery (or 100% upfront under $100). Production begins once the deposit is received.
4. Timelines
Delivery times are given in business days and start once we have received your complete brief and your deposit.
5. Revisions
Two revision rounds are included (three on Premium), within the agreed scope. A revision is an adjustment, not a new creative direction.
6. Intellectual property
Full ownership of the deliverables transfers to you after final payment. N9ADLIK keeps the right to show the work in its portfolio — you can opt out on request.
7. Refunds
100% refundable before production starts, 0% after the first delivery.
8. Cancellation
If you cancel after work has started, the deposit is non-refundable.
9. Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid. We are not responsible for how the deliverables are used.
10. Your content
You confirm that you hold the rights to any text and images you provide to us.
